Replacement Parts

Did something break on your Doggomatic? We'll replace it for free, and likely update our design to account for it. 

Please include a short explanation of how it broke - we will replace it regardless. We just need to know if we need to make our design stronger. For example, if a part broke because you dropped your Doggomatic, then we want to know so we can make that part better for all future customers. If your Doggomatic broke because it got run over by a car, then we will probably not change our design to account for that - but we will still replace it for free.
