A puppy, a 3d-printer, and an idea

Doggomatic is a small Chicago-based business that began with a dog owner annoyed with the current treat-dispenser options. After several half-functioning prototypes and a lot of amateur mistakes, a functioning product emerged. Multiple people have asked where they can buy a Doggomatic, so I set up this website to help dog owners get their hands on this innovative treat dispenser. This is currently a one-man operation, but I am aided by an extremely effective Quality Assurance team. The most important Doggomatic employees are profiled below.

Emma

Founding Member / Senior QA Engineer

The inspiration for Doggomatic, Emma has been with the company from the start. Her boundless enthusiasm for life and squirrels meant that her housemates had to find a way to conveniently bring training treats on walks. Her patience with early Doggomatic prototypes has paid off, and she is now handsomely compensated with snacks during all of her walks.

Nowadays, she is primarily in charge of reliability testing. By giving sad accusing looks every time a Doggomatic cycles but doesn't give a treat, she motivates Doggomatic's designers to reduce misfeeds.

Sky

Head of Marketing / junior qa engineer (fully remote)

Sky is one of Doggomatic's earliest Quality Assurance testers, who's adventurous lifestyle takes Doggomatics into extreme environments. This has given Doggomatic engineers data on important questions, such as "which component breaks first when your dog drags a Doggomatic down a block at full sprint" and "can you take a Doggomatic onto a beach without sand screwing it up".

Sky has also been one of our top salesdogs. He travels throughout California and the United States, using his good looks and friendly owners to raise interest in Doggomatics everywhere.
